A to nejenom fyzicky, ale taky psychicky. Proto\u017ee si vezm\u011bte, kdybyste t\u0159eba za den sn\u011bdli t\u0159i cel\u00e9 bal\u00ed\u010dky \u010dokol\u00e1dy. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee va\u0161e t\u011blo by v\u00e1m ur\u010dit\u011b nepod\u011bkovalo.Sice je pravda, \u017ee byste se psychicky c\u00edtili dob\u0159e, ale to jenom chvilku. Proto\u017ee potom by v\u00e1s t\u0159eba bolelo b\u0159icho z \u010dokol\u00e1dy, tak\u017ee je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee psychicky byste taky na tom nebyli dob\u0159e. Proto\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk sn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed bolest samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u0161patn\u011b. Proto tady p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee to nemus\u00edte p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt a nemus\u00edte j\u00edst stoprocentn\u011b zdrav\u011b, n\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017eeme zah\u0159e\u0161it \u010dokol\u00e1dou anebo n\u011b\u010d\u00edm sladk\u00fdm. Nedok\u00e1\u017eu si t\u0159eba p\u0159edstavit \u017eivot, \u017ee bych nemohla t\u0159eba vykon\u00e1vat n\u011bjak\u00fd sport, proto\u017ee moc r\u00e1da toti\u017e b\u011bh\u00e1m. M\u00e1m tak\u00e9 kamar\u00e1dku, chce, kterou moc \u010dasto b\u011bh\u00e1me a taky si vym\u011b\u0148ujeme zdrav\u00e9 recepty. A m\u016f\u017eu \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jsem ve va\u0159en\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch j\u00eddel u\u017e docela velmi zb\u011bhl\u00e1 a\u00a0klidn\u011b\u00a0bych mohla taky napsat n\u011bjakou zdravou kucha\u0159ku. A v\u00e1s bav\u00ed va\u0159it zdrav\u00e1 j\u00eddla? A co pohyb a v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00ed styl?
