Jednou za \u010das si d\u00e1t skleni\u010dku n\u011b\u010deho dobr\u00e9ho rozhodn\u011b neu\u0161kod\u00ed, ale nem\u011bli byste to p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt.  Nekou\u0159it a nep\u00edt je dobr\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem, kter\u00fd se na va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed prom\u00edtne obrovsk\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Chcete-li ale za\u010d\u00edt \u017e\u00edt opravdu zdrav\u011b, m\u011bli byste k tomu p\u0159idat i pravideln\u00fd pohyb. Kdy\u017e k tomu p\u0159ipoj\u00edte je\u0161t\u011b lehk\u00e9 posilov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete si b\u00fdt jisti, \u017ee se nejen\u017ee budete l\u00e9pe c\u00edtit, ale i tak vypadat.
